Purchasing Manager
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor any major area from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Male, Minimum age 32 years old
• Having knowledge in shipping, custom clearance and import procedure and import purchase is a MUST.
• Having experienced as Purchasing Manager for power plant for last 2 years
• Having Project Management skill
• Good understanding of packaging knowledge
• Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time.
• Superior interpersonal skills either positive work attitude, ethics and a team player.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to handle stress and good communication skills with people at all levels.
• Good leadership, analytical skill, strong negotiation skills, self starter, and demonstrate continued personnel development.
Sales Manager
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor any major area from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Male, age min 35 years
• Min. 5 years experienced in sales, preferable manufacturing company
• Develops and implements advertising, sales promotion plans and sales programs
• Candidates from other industries (eg: Consumer goods, otomotive, medical, houseware, retail, etc) are welcomed
• Responsible for the management of the cost reduction process, identification and realization of overall cost-down opportunities.
• Familiar with tender procedures
• Target oriented, hard worker, be able to work under pressure.
• Good understanding of the inter-company structure and management reporting, as well as have good knowledge in product pricing.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Having computer literacy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as a team.
• Able to travel within Indonesia & overseas.
• Achieving aggressive sales target by combining marketing and sales forces plans
• Analytical, creative, systematical thinking.
• A dedicated individual with a passion to achieve results and a strong leader with good acumen in managing change.
Engineering Manager
Requirements:
• S1 Machine / Electronic Engineering
• Male, age min 35 years
• Have minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing company
• Knowledgeable about project management.
• Manages work assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning of personnel engaged in manufacturing engineering activities.
• Organizes and coordinates sections of the engineering department.
• Plans and establishes engineering schedules and follows up performance against estimates.
• Supervises assembly of cost control and statistical data. Supervises development of material selection standards.
• Supervisory engineering level positions may report to this manager level.
• Approves process specification and design standards.
• Prepares and controls departmental annual budget.
• Administers personnel functions, including recruiting, review and approval of job descriptions and salary classifications, and selection and placement of personnel.
