Lowongan Kerja PAYROLL MASTER OFFICER (PMO)
URGENT VACANCY
2009-Mar-06

Location: Any
1. GENERAL SERVICE / AFFAIR MANAGER (GSM)

Responsibility :

Review & Develop corporate General Service / Affair strategies, policies and procedures.
Responsible for full spectrum of General Service / Affair functions which include Asset & Office Management, Public Communication, Transportation & Accommodation, Maintenance & Facility and other GA related support services.
Responsible for the implementation of General Service / Affair policies, procedures and program's in tandem with the corporate policies and practices.
Responsible for all General Affairs related issues.

Requirements :

Male with max. age 35 years old.
Hold min. S1 degree in Management or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
Possess min. 5 years experience of good proven track record in general service/affair spectrum, preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Deep understanding of GA function (Asset & Office Management, Public Communication, Transportation & Accommodation, Maintenance & Facility).
* Good knowledge of insurance, procurement and legal aspect.
* Firm in decision making, strong in organization planning, people management skill and multi-cultural adaptability.
Open to frequent traveling and customer service orientation person.
Able to work independently as well as in teams also proficient in English, both spoken and written
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices.
Strong leadership, attention to detail, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skill.

2. PAYROLL MASTER OFFICER (PMO)

Responsibility :

Ensure all steps from blueprint preparation until monthly payroll run process and completion can be arranged also decided accordingly
Maintain client's master data (identify, review, and verify)
Check the calculation of monthly payroll items accurately
Process payroll of income in line with applicable working instruction
Ensure correctness of payroll calculation results and reports priorities to submission

Requirements :

Female with max. 25 years old.
Hold min. S1 degree in Accounting or Finance or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
Possess min. 3 years experience in payroll processing, preferably in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Deep understanding in taxation of art. 21, 23 and Jamsostek regulation is must
High literate in MS. Office, especially Excel and data processing
Able to work in strict deadline, work under pressure and work with minimum supervising.
Independent, proactive, accurate, hardworking person and able to thrive in fast-paced
Having pleasant personality with highly self-motivated, good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.
