Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible to engage with customers over the phone to identify customer needs and prospect opportunities for sales of our products, solutions and services. He/She will also be responsible to develop the ongoing relationship with key contacts in accounts and drive customer and partner loyalty, investigating and taking action to meet customers' current and future needs.
Requirements:
Holds an S1/D3 degree in any major.
Minimum 1 year in sales or telesales/telemarketing roles, preferably in IT Industry
Advanced communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, combined with high levels of organizational ability.
Some knowledge of marketing theory and principles will be preferred
